These terms govern your use of Sharp Reps, operated by Foresight Solutions Group LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using Sharp Reps, you agree to them.
Sharp Reps is a daily brain-training game. It measures your speed and accuracy on simple drills and shows a score and a percentile. It is a game and a habit, not a medical or diagnostic tool. It does not measure IQ, cognitive health, or any clinical outcome, and nothing in it is medical advice.
Use Sharp Reps for its intended purpose. Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, do not scrape or abuse its interfaces, and do not use it in any way that breaks the law.
Sharp Reps does not require an account. If you give us an email address, we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sharp Reps, including its name, design, and content, belongs to Foresight Solutions Group LLC. Do not copy or redistribute it without our permission.
Sharp Reps is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise scores or percentiles are exact. Early figures are illustrative until enough people play.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Foresight Solutions Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sharp Reps.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use Sharp Reps means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
